Ceefit

Terms of Service

Version 1.1 — effective 8 August 2026. These terms apply to all Ceefit memberships purchased on or after this date.

1. Who we are

Ceefit is operated by CeeFit Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17350493). Registered office: Office 7339, 58 Peregrine Road, Hainault, Ilford, Essex, IG6 3SZ, United Kingdom. Coaching is led by Caroline Oliver (“Cee”).

You can contact us at hello@ceefit.co.uk. In these terms, “Ceefit”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean CeeFit Ltd; “you” means the person purchasing or using a membership.

2. This agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and CeeFit Ltd. It is formed when you complete sign-up and confirm your acceptance of these terms at checkout. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

3. Eligibility

4. The service

Ceefit is an online fitness coaching membership. Depending on your tier, membership includes a personalised training programme built around your goals, health screening and equipment; scheduled check-ins; coaching replies; an education library; and access to the Ceefit member community. Tier inclusions, current prices and any capacity limits are set out on our website at the point of sign-up.

Your programmes are not generic templates. They are built on Caroline Oliver’s own coaching methodology — the training fundamentals, programming rules and safety standards she has taught into the platform — applied to your personal goals, health screening, equipment and training history using secure artificial-intelligence tools. Every programme is personally reviewed and signed off by Caroline before it reaches you, and no decision with significant effect on you is made by automated means alone. Full details of how your information is used are in our Privacy Policy.

Your first personalised programme is delivered within 5 working days of you completing your intake, and usually much sooner.

Fitness results depend on many personal factors, including how consistently you train, follow your programme and apply your nutrition guidance. We coach you toward your goals and support you throughout, but we cannot guarantee any specific physical, weight or health result.

5. Fitness coaching, not medical advice

Ceefit provides fitness and wellbeing coaching. It is not medical advice, physiotherapy, psychotherapy or dietetic treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from your GP or any specialist. Nothing we provide diagnoses, treats or cures any medical condition, including menopause-related conditions.

Always consult your GP before starting a new exercise programme if you have any health condition, symptom or concern. Stop exercising and seek medical advice if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or anything that does not feel right. In an emergency call 999.

Exercise carries inherent risk. We reduce that risk through screening and programme design, but we cannot remove it. You are responsible for training within your own limits, using safe equipment and an appropriate training environment, and following the technique and safety guidance in your programme.

Some coaching is delivered through pre-recorded or follow-along exercise videos that you complete in your own time and unsupervised. These are guided sessions, not live-supervised training: you are responsible for making sure you have a safe space and suitable equipment, warming up, working within your own ability, and stopping straight away if you feel pain or discomfort.

Our nutrition guidance is general fitness coaching, not clinical dietary or medical treatment. You are responsible for telling us about, and managing, any food allergies, intolerances or medical dietary conditions, and for checking that any foods or plans we suggest are suitable for you.

6. Prices and payment

Membership is billed monthly in advance by card or supported payment method, processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Your membership continues automatically, renewing and being charged each month, until you cancel it as set out in section 7. All prices include VAT where applicable. Current tiers and monthly prices are shown at sign-up; a custom rate agreed with us in writing replaces the standard price for as long as that agreement says.

If a payment fails we will retry and let you know. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, we may suspend and then end your membership.

We may change prices for existing members only with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal, and any founder price commitment we have made to you will be honoured on its published terms (see section 9).

7. Cancelling your membership

8. Your 14-day cooling-off period

As a consumer you have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. Because your membership is personalised and starts straight away, you expressly request that we begin providing the service during the cooling-off period when you sign up.

If you cancel within the 14 days, we will refund what you have paid, less a proportionate amount for the coaching already provided to you up to the point you tell us — for example, where your personalised programme has already been prepared and delivered. Any such deduction will be no more than is fair and proportionate to what you have received. To cancel under this right, email hello@ceefit.co.uk within 14 days of purchase. This statutory right is separate from, and additional to, the 90-Day Guarantee below.

9. The 90-Day Guarantee

Complete your first 90-Day Recomposition Cycle properly and, if you honestly don’t feel the difference, we will refund your third month’s membership payment. The guarantee applies to every tier, on these conditions:

  1. Do your check-ins. Complete your scheduled check-ins across the 90 days — one missed check-in is forgiven.
  2. Log your sessions. Log at least 80% of your planned training sessions in your portal as you go.
  3. Tell us within 14 days. Claim by emailing hello@ceefit.co.uk within 14 days of completing your 90-day cycle.

The guarantee covers your first 90-day cycle only and is available once per person. It is a refund of the third monthly payment actually made at your tier’s rate; it does not reset if you change tier, pause, or rejoin. Where your first cycle began under a free or trial arrangement, the guarantee applies to your first paid cycle. Your portal shows your guarantee status throughout, so you always know where you stand.

The guarantee covers how you feel about your results. It is not a promise of a specific physical, medical or health outcome, and it does not affect your statutory rights.

Founder pricing

Where we have published a founder price-lock, founding members keep their launch pricing on their tier for as long as their membership remains active (including on a maintenance plan). The lock ends if the membership is cancelled entirely. Tier upgrades for founding members are charged at the launch price of the higher tier.

10. Referrals

If we operate a referral scheme, its current rules are published on our website and form part of these terms while the scheme runs. Referral credits are applied to your next billing date, are capped per year, have no cash value, and a credit is void if the referred member cancels within their cooling-off period. We may amend or withdraw the scheme for future referrals at any time; credits already earned are honoured.

11. Your programmes and our content

All content we provide — programmes, education materials, videos, community content and the platform itself — is protected by copyright and remains the property of CeeFit Ltd or its licensors.

Your personalised programmes and training records are yours to use for life: we grant you a permanent personal licence to access and use them for your own training, including after your membership ends. You may not copy, share, sell, publish or otherwise redistribute any Ceefit content or programmes to anyone else, whether free or paid.

12. Community standards

Our member community is a supportive space. You agree to treat members and coaches with respect; not to post content that is abusive, discriminatory, misleading or unsafe; and not to give other members medical advice. We may remove content or suspend community access for behaviour that breaks these standards, and repeated or serious breaches may lead to termination under section 14.

If you post content in our community, you keep ownership of it, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and store it within the platform for as long as it remains posted. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.

13. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not promise uninterrupted access. Occasionally maintenance, updates or failures of third-party services (such as hosting or payments) may interrupt the service. Where a significant interruption is within our control we will act promptly to restore service. Planned coaching commitments (such as check-in reviews) are honoured according to your tier even if delivered late because of an interruption.

14. When we can end or suspend membership

We may suspend or end your membership if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, if required health screening cannot be completed, if payment fails and cannot be collected, or if your conduct towards our team or members is abusive. Where we end your membership other than for breach or non-payment, we will refund any amount you have paid for service not yet delivered.

15. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that are not a foreseeable result of our breaking this agreement, for losses connected with a business, or for injury or loss resulting from inaccurate health screening answers, training outside your programme’s instructions, unsafe equipment or environments we do not control, or ignoring medical advice. Our total liability to you under this agreement is limited to the membership fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Your data

How we collect, use and protect your personal data — including your health information and how AI is used in preparing your programmes — is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email or through your portal before it takes effect. If you do not accept a material change you may cancel before it takes effect under section 7. The version and date at the top of this page tell you when these terms last changed.

18. Complaints, law and where disputes are handled

If something goes wrong, tell us first at hello@ceefit.co.uk — we aim to resolve complaints quickly and fairly. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
