1. Who We Are
Ceefit is operated by CeeFit Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17350493). Registered office: Office 7339, 58 Peregrine Road, Hainault, Ilford, Essex, IG6 3SZ, United Kingdom. Coaching is led by Caroline Oliver, fitness and nutrition coach. Contact: hello@ceefit.co.uk
2. Data We Collect
Name and email address; health and fitness data (training logs, nutrition, body measurements, check-in responses); fitness goals and progress; usage logs; files you upload.
If you choose to sign up or sign in using a social account (Google, Facebook or Microsoft), we receive your name, email address and profile picture from that provider. We do not receive your password, your friends list, or anything you have not explicitly authorised on the provider's consent screen, and we never post to your account.
3. Legal Basis
General data: contract performance (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Health data: explicit consent (UK GDPR Art. 9(2)(a)), provided when activating your account.
4. How We Use Your Data
To generate your personalised programme; track progress; provide coaching feedback; communicate about your plan; improve our methodology. We use secure AI to help analyse your information and produce your programme and a private coaching summary for your coach; this involves trusted third-party AI providers acting under contract as our data processors. If you use voice input, it is transcribed to text. Your coach reviews AI outputs and makes the final coaching decisions — nothing significant about you is decided by automated means alone.
5. Storage & Security
Data is stored in Google Firebase (EU region), SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified. Access is limited to your coach and authorised administrators.
6. Retention
Data is retained for the duration of membership plus 12 months, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time — see Data Deletion below.
7. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise any of these rights email hello@ceefit.co.uk — we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk.
8. Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Ceefit account and all associated data at any time, whether you signed up with email, Google, Facebook or Microsoft:
- Email hello@ceefit.co.uk with the subject "Data deletion request", from the email address linked to your Ceefit account (for social sign-ins, that is the email on your Google, Facebook or Microsoft account).
- We will verify the request and delete your account, your programme, your health and fitness data, your messages, and any files you uploaded.
- Deletion is completed and confirmed to you by email within 30 days.
If you signed in with Facebook, you can additionally remove Ceefit's access at any time in your Facebook settings under Settings & privacy → Apps and websites. Removing the app stops Ceefit receiving any further data from Facebook; to delete the data we already hold, use the email process above.
9. Cookies & Storage
We use browser local storage for sign-in persistence (Firebase Auth) and to remember your preferences. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.
10. Changes
Material changes will be notified via the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
