Caroline Oliver (Ceefit) is a Former British fitness and figure champion who has competed with several federations โ€” NPA, UKDFBA, NABBA, BNBF, UKBFF, WNBFF โ€” and on both the IFBB Arnold's European, IFBB Fitness Showcase & IFBB Worlds stage.

With 30+ years in fitness instruction across every discipline and 26 years as a secondary school PE and dance teacher, she has programmed for complete beginners, competitors, menopausal women, pregnant women, children and elite athletes.

She understands these populations from the inside โ€” not from a textbook. Her specialist expertise covers competition prep, nutrition periodisation, and programming for perimenopause, pregnancy, youth sport and performance athletes.

Caroline is highly educated in exercise science and holds a BSc Exercise Science & MA Education. Fully qualified across a wide range of fitness and studio disciplines: Studio Aerobic Classes, Aqua, Step, Fitness Pilates, Studio Strength, Spinning, Conditioning, Zumba. Caroline can also guide you through healthy eating and nutrition support as she holds PN1 Nutrition alongside Sport Nutrition.
